Under Alabama's church school statute (Ala. Code § 16-28-1), families may educate their children at home under the covering of an established church school. That covering is exactly what Zion Christian Academy provides — a legally recognized enrollment, official records, and the pastoral care of a local Baptist church.
You choose your curriculum, your pace, and your rhythm. We provide the documentation, records, and community — so your family can focus on the joy of teaching.

Everything is done online. The moment your enrollment is confirmed, your official documents are ready — including the form you'll send to your county Board of Education.
Enroll your family
Fill in parent & student details, choose your payment option, and sign the church school agreement. Takes about 2–3 minutes.
Submit payment
Pay by cash or check when you enroll — or contact us to arrange a payment plan for the end of the school year.
Receive your documents
Once payment is confirmed, you'll receive your enrollment form, welcome letter, and BOE instructions by email and in your portal.

One flat rate per child for the entire school year. No hidden fees. No card processing — pay by cash or check.
A partner ministry is assisting with tuition costs for this first school year.
